Twenty minutes on the decision in front of you.

Most engagements begin with a short call. You describe the asset or destination and the decision you have to make, Andrew asks a few questions, and you leave with an honest read on fit, scope and what to do first. No deck, and no proposal before we have spoken. If Enzyme is not the right fit, he will say so and suggest who is.

Read by Andrew only. No list, no newsletter.

Three steps, no proposal yet.

Within a few days. A reply from Andrew with two or three times for a call.

The call. Twenty minutes, most of it Andrew listening. Then an honest read on fit, scope and what to do first.

After the call. If it fits, a short note on how a Diagnostic or a scoped engagement would run. If it does not, the name of someone who may suit you better.

Come with a decision, not a brief.

It suits you if.

There is a consequential decision with a date on it; someone on the call can act on it; the problem crosses more than one team; and there is budget for the advice and for the work after it.

Less so if.

You need sustainability language without an operating change; you need a certification or a valuation, which we will point you to; or you want supplier introductions without the advisory work around them.
