Measurement and evidence
A property can collect a great deal of data without settling what it is meant to show, who owns it or which claims it can support. When baselines, evidence standards and reporting are designed separately, a hotel ends up publishing language its records cannot carry. We design measurement around the decisions you need to make and the claims you may need to defend.

Evidence tiers separate direct records from estimates, assumptions and context. Claims gates define what can be said, what needs qualification and what should remain unpublished. We will not publish a figure the evidence cannot carry, and we make that boundary visible before reporting or communications begin.

How it runs
Starts with the records you already hold and the decisions they need to inform. Evidence quality, ownership, review points and limitations are documented so the system outlives the engagement.
From 27 September 2026, generic environmental claims such as "eco-friendly", and sustainability labels not based on a certification scheme, are banned in marketing to EU consumers.

Does Enzyme provide certification?
No. We prepare systems, evidence and implementation for a chosen standard; certification and assurance come from the appointed bodies.
How do you substantiate a hospitality sustainability claim?
Trace it to a record, state what is measured and what is estimated, name who owns the number, and keep the claim inside what the evidence carries. If it cannot be traced, it does not go out.
We already report through a platform. What is missing?
Usually the operating decisions behind the numbers, the ownership of them, and the gate between a figure and a public claim. The platform stays; the gates get built around it.
