Andrew Cameron built Accor's Southeast Asia procurement function from zero and led sustainability programmes across 5,500 hotels in 115 countries — including the group-wide elimination of single-use plastics and its first circular supplier contracts. Before that he ran the beverage programme of Singapore's Burnt Ends Group as it earned a Michelin star and a place on the World's 50 Best list.
