Systems Diagnostic
A fixed-scope engagement over three to five weeks. We map your operating environment — stakeholders, resource flows, dependencies, leverage points — and return an interactive systems map, a leverage-point analysis and a sequenced roadmap. It stands alone, and it de-risks everything that follows.

PROGRAMME
Transformation Programmes
Multi-month programmes scoped against the six services — from upstream strategy through development, pre-opening and pilots. Scope, team and sequencing are designed around the asset, not a template.

A Note on Investment
We don't publish rate cards. Engagements are scoped to the asset, the decision at stake and the depth of embedded delivery required — and Andrew will give you an honest read on scale in the first call. If Enzyme is not the right fit for the budget, he'll say so.
EMBEDDED
Fractional Leadership
Typical model: 2–5 days per month of embedded time, supplemented by ad hoc availability for board briefings and stakeholder meetings. Monthly retainer with a minimum 4-month commitment, with performance-aligned options on longer engagements.
